A qualified marketeer with 15 years consultancy experience, Alan previously held senior posts with major international business including Electrolux, Vickers Group and Steelcase inc. (USA) His belief in the positive impact of employee engagement on business performance led to pioneering work in leadership and communication with major clients in global businesses ranging from utilities to financial services and technology.
