Nicholas Williams

Nicholas is a partner and currently heads the South African office. He has over 10 years financial communications experience advising companies across a range of sectors in Europe and southern Africa. He has handled many high profile transactions including IPO's, hostile M&A, fundraisings and black economic empowerment deals.

He has over 20 years corporate advisory experience having joined College Hill from Barclays Bank where he worked in a number of countries and had responsibility for strategic and business planning, corporate and private banking operations.
