Richard Nichols

Richard is Group Chief Executive of College Hill, the international business communications consultancy that has tripled in scale over the last three years, developing complementary practices and significantly broadening its international platform. College Hill now operates fourteen owned offices in Europe, Africa, Asia and the US and is retained by over 250 companies listed on one or more stock exchange. Richard is also a non-executive director of Ebiquity Plc (media and marketing analytics), an equity partner in Addictive Interactive (a social media website allowing brands and celebrities to embrace social networking) and was previously a member of the Advisory board of ADV Group, the leading marketing communications group in Russia & the CIS.

Prior to joining College Hill, Richard was Chief Executive of Huntsworth plc, having been the architect of the 2005 merger with Incepta Group plc where he was Chief Executive and formerly Group Finance Director. Under his leadership, Incepta grew into one of the world’s largest communications and marketing agencies and entered the FTSE 250.

Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in London before spending two years in Corporate Finance at British Gas. He is a lifetime supporter of Newcastle United.
