Mike Davies

Mike has worked in the City for nearly 20 years. After qualifying as an accountant with Arthur Andersen, he joined James Capel where he advised on 3i Group’s IPO before joining 3i to head up investor relations. He subsequently led corporate communications and investor relations at The Rank Group and Fox Kids Europe, as well as heading investor relations at Invensys during the group’s 2003 disposal programme and £2.7 billion refinancing in 2004.

Prior to joining College Hill, he was a senior Director at Bell Pottinger, where he advised a range of clients including Richemont, Hansard Global, Evolution Group, Principal Capital, Axon, Arup, Chime Communications, Hogg Robinson and Artumas Group.
